Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g nuts, ground
- 6 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (heaped)
- 1 cup cake icing, chocolate
- 1 jar sour cherries
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Simply combine all ingredients (except the cherries and glaze) into a batter and pour about 1/4 of the batter into a greased baking pan, about 1.5 cm thick. Then scatter the cherries on top and add the remaining batter. Bake in the oven at about 160°C for 50-60 minutes. Let cool, then brush on the chocolate glaze with a pastry brush and let it dry. The cherries make the cake very moist.
