Moist chocolate sour cream cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 4 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 cups of sour cream, approx. 200 g each
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • some butter for the mold
  • some breadcrumbs for the mold
  • possibly powdered sugar or icing for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

One cup holds approximately 125 ml. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Dice the butter into small pieces, measure the remaining ingredients, add them, and mix well. There shouldn’t be any large lumps of butter, as they would appear as light spots once the cake is finished. Butter a Bundt pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 1 hour. Decorate the finished cake with powdered sugar or icing, if desired.
