Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 1 cup spelt flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup protein powder with hemp leaf powder, chocolate or vanilla
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 1 cup agave syrup
- 1 cup almond milk (almond drink)
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 1 packet of baking powder

The cup holds approximately 250 ml. Place the hazelnuts in a blender and grind them. Then add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend thoroughly. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet, smooth it out, and place it in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F). Baking time is approximately 20 minutes, depending on the baking pan. The thicker the batter, the longer it will take. The protein brownies contain approximately 140 kcal per serving.
