Canarian sauce, quick to make

Crush the garlic cloves with the salt in a mortar and pestle and mix thoroughly with the other ingredients, adding the breadcrumbs last. The mojo will keep in the refrigerator for a few days. This sauce tastes great with grilled food and especially with Canarian shriveled potatoes.
