Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 drops of lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the herbs. First, chop the garlic cloves a little (do not press them!), then add them and puree. Add the oil until a sauce forms. The consistency depends on the intended use. For example, use less oil for a spread than for a barbecue sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Done.
