Molehill Cake

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 500 g Flour
  • 200 g Margarine
  • 4 Pc. Eggs
  • 1 Pck Baking powder
  • 1 Pck Vanilla sugar
  • 0,5 Fl. Butter vanilla flavor
  • 50 g Cocoa powder
  • 200 ml Milk

filling

  • 2 a cup Cream
  • 6 Piece Fresh bananas
  • 100 g Chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 Pck Cream stiffener
  • 2 Pck Vanilla sugar
  1. Mix the margarine, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and butter vanilla flavor until frothy. Mix flour with baking powder. Gradually stir in the foam and milk, sift the cocoa and stir in as well. Pour into a greased springform pan (24 cm) and bake in the oven at 175 ° for about 1 hour. Let cool down. Whip the cream, stir in the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener while stirring and whip until stiff. Knead 2 bananas and fold them into the cream with the crumble. Scoop out the cake with a spoon. Halve the remaining bananas and cover the bottom with them. Spread the cream filling on top and cover with breadcrumbs.
