Momos plum cake with quark

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter or margarine
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 175 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 ml milk, as needed
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 kg plums
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla for cooking
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), zest & some juice
  • some fat, for the cake tin

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pit the plums. Make a batter from the eight ingredients. Spread the batter into a lightly greased tart pan and top with the pitted plums. Mix the quark with the eggs, vanilla pudding powder, sugar, lemon zest, and a squeeze of lemon juice and pour over the plums. Bake in the oven at 180°C on the middle rack for approximately 40-45 minutes.
