Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 175 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 ml milk, as needed
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 kg plums
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla for cooking
- 100 g sugar
- 1 lemon(s), zest & some juice
- some fat, for the cake tin
Instructions

Pit the plums. Make a batter from the eight ingredients. Spread the batter into a lightly greased tart pan and top with the pitted plums. Mix the quark with the eggs, vanilla pudding powder, sugar, lemon zest, and a squeeze of lemon juice and pour over the plums. Bake in the oven at 180°C on the middle rack for approximately 40-45 minutes.
