Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 4 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 ½ liters vegetable broth
- 2 packs of cream cheese spread
- 2 packs of processed cheese (herbs)
- possibly cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the leek and slice it into rings. Then brown the minced meat in a large pot. Add the leek and sauté. Deglaze with the broth. Add the cheese to the hot soup and let it melt. Thicken slightly if desired. You can also add cream, if desired. Serve with baguette.
