Mom's egg salad with chives

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise, possibly salad mayonnaise or cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • some herbal salt
  • pepper
  • lots of chives, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, dice them (this is best done with an egg slicer), and mix with the listed ingredients. Let them marinate well! Note: The salad may initially have a strong mustard flavor, but this will dissipate with the resting time.
