Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g butter, room temperature
- 500 g flour
- ½ cube of yeast, fresh
- n. B. Sugar for rolling
- e.g. melted butter
- Flour for the work surface

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
simple and delicious Christmas cookies
Knead the softened butter, flour, and fresh yeast into a dough. If the dough is too soft, refrigerate it briefly or add a little more flour. The dough shouldn’t rise. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 cm thick. Then simply cut out shapes using any cookie cutter. Roll in melted butter and then in sugar. Bake at 175°C for about 10-15 minutes.
