Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 3 meringues to 6 pieces, depending on size
  • 1 bag of frozen mixed berries
  • some raspberry liqueur
  • 1,000 g yogurt, Turkish or Greek, 10%
  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 bags of cream stiffener
  • 250 g brown sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes

A dessert that can be prepared the day before dinner.

Crumble the meringue into a large bowl or casserole dish and cover with the thawed, drained fruit mixture. Pour a little raspberry brandy or other fruit brandy over the meringue. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and fold it into the yogurt. Spread the mixture over the fruit mixture and then sprinkle with brown sugar. Refrigerate for 1 to 1.5 days.
