Monsterburger Steak with Stir-fried Vegetables

The perfect monsterburger steak with stir-fried vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Minced steak:

  • 150 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 Splash Soup seasoning
  • 1 tsp Meatloaf spice mixture according to KB
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Pan-fried vegetables:

  • 10 piece Zucchini slices
  • 0,5 piece Red peppers
  • 2 piece Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Spice mixture for vegetable stews according to KB
  • 1 tsp Butter

Minced steak:

  1. Mix the minced meat together with the onions and the egg, as well as the breadcrumbs and the mixed spices to form the roast meat, knead and press together and shape in a heated pan. Fry each side for about 5 minutes.

Pan-fried vegetables:

  1. In the same, still hot pan, fry the previously chopped vegetables with a little butter and season in the pan.
