Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g desiccated coconut
- 5 eggs
- 100 ml oil
- 100 g sugar
- powdered sugar

Without flour
Using a mixer, combine the coconut, eggs, oil, and sugar. Form balls with your hands. Use a gentle mix of pressing and twisting, otherwise the balls will quickly fall apart. Roll them in powdered sugar and place them in the wells of a baking rack lined with baking paper (this will prevent them from rolling around). Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the balls for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
