Moroccan Sesame Pan with Marinated, Fried Tofu

for the tofu

  • 6 Discs Tofu
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Sesame pan

  • 1 size Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 size Tomatoes
  • 2 size Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Cumin
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Mint
