Moroccan Sesame Pan with Marinated, Fried Tofu

for the tofu
- 6 Discs Tofu
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
Sesame pan
- 1 size Onion
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 2 size Tomatoes
- 2 size Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Cumin
- 150 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 tablespoon Sesame
- 2 tablespoon Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Mint
the tofu
- Cut the tofu into slices and marinate all around with soy sauce – let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour – then take it out and fry it all over in hot sesame oil

- Cut the onion into small cubes and sweat in sesame oil – then add the tahini (sesame cream) – then add the peeled, diced tomatoes – season with salt, pepper and a little cumin – pour the vegetable stock – simmer gently for 10 minutes – then the sesame as well as chopped parsley and mint
You don’t like tofu, mint, cumin?
