Ingredients
Fried tofu cubes with sesame seeds:
- 200 g Natural tofu
- 2 tbsp Sesame
- 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Oil
Tagliatelle with basil:
- 250 g Tagliatelle with basil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
To serve:
- 2 Small tomato halves
Instructions
Fried tofu cubes with sesame seeds:
- Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without oil (caution: do not let them burn!) And remove them. Cut the tofu into cubes. (Here: 24 pieces!) And fry in a pan with oil (4 tbsp) on all sides. Deglaze with sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp) and light soy sauce (1 tbsp) and continue cooking until the liquid in the pan is reduced. Finally add / fold in the roasted sesame seeds and remove the tofu cubes from the pan.
Tagliatelle with basil:
- Cook the tagliatelle with basil in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) according to the instructions on the package, drain through a kitchen sieve, drain well and toss in the tofub pan with the remaining sesame seeds and butter (1 teaspoon). Finally, season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches).
