Peel and quarter the eggs. Cut the Gouda slice into 4 strips. Stack 2 slices of mortadella on top of each other, spread a strip of mayonnaise on each. Place a strip of Gouda next to each slice. Press 2 egg quarters side by side onto the mayonnaise. Form the whole thing into a roll, arrange it decoratively, and enjoy. My mortadella (Mondo Italiano, Netto) is sugar-free and therefore has no carbs. 8 slices weigh 150 g. When buying, make sure it’s Italian mortadella, which is usually sugar-free. Makes 4 rolls, which are quite filling. Total nutritional values: 0.8 g carbs, 48 ​​g protein, 996 kcal, 92 g fat.
