Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potato(s), waxy
- 1 bunch of spring onions or 1 onion
- 1 tsp butter
- 150 g bacon, diced
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cube of stock
- salt and pepper
- Fondor
- some vinegar
- 1 dash of cream
- 125 ml water
- 1 bunch of chives

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes
hearty and savory
Boil the potatoes in their skins. Fry the bacon and add a knob of butter. Sauté the spring onions or 1 yellow onion in it. Thinly slice the potatoes and toss with the onion and bacon mixture. Add oil. Dissolve the stock cube in water and add. Season with salt, pepper, Fondor, and a little vinegar. Finally, stir in a dash of cream and the chopped chives. The salad tastes especially delicious when allowed to marinate and warmed (in the microwave) before serving. Serve with Vienna sausages and/or pork sausage.
