Mountain of Pancakes with Minced Sauce Filling
The perfect mountain of pancakes with minced sauce filling recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 800 g Hacked
- 2 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Carrot
- 200 g Grated cheese
- 100 ml Cream
- 100 ml Tomato paste
- 300 ml Beef broth [KB supply] alternatively cubic broth or stock
- Salt pepper paprika
- Food starch
- 5 Eggs
- 250 g Flour
- 400 ml Milk
- 100 ml Sparkling water
- Salt

- Grated cheese
preparation
- Dice the onions, cut the tomatoes into slices, cut the carrots into thin slices with the peeler, cut the Gouda cheese into small slices

- Make pancakes according to recipe 491674 from my KB pancakes (or each according to their taste)
Minced Sauce
- Fry the bacon, then simmer with onions and carrots on a low heat for 10 minutes until soft
- Fry the minced meat until crumbly and add to the “ham vegetables”
- Stir in tomato paste, add spices to taste and deglaze with the broth
- Let simmer for 60 minutes, if necessary, bind with cornstarch, allow to cool

- Layer pancakes and mince sauce in a greased casserole dish, top with Gouda slices. 3x each. The edge of the pancake should always stand up a bit.
