Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 25 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 ml milk
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Amaretto
  • Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chocolate dough filled with marzipan – nougat – cream

Line the muffin cups with paper baking cups or grease them. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). For the batter, melt the chocolate and stir in the butter. Set aside. For the filling, mix the almonds and powdered sugar together with the Amaretto until soft, almost creamy. Beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Mix the flour, cocoa, and baking powder together with the milk and the chocolate-butter mixture into the egg custard. Divide half of the chocolate batter between the cups. Spread about 1/12 of the marzipan mixture on each cup and top with a dollop (about 1/2 tsp) of Nutella. Cover with the remaining batter. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
