Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, small
- 2 packs of cream cheese (200 g each)
- 3 spring onions
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
- 2 balls of mozzarella (125 g each)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the potatoes in boiling water, still with their skins on. Peel and place them side by side in a suitable baking dish. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped spring onions and the crushed garlic clove, season with salt and pepper. Then slice the mozzarella. Spread the cream cheese and mozzarella over the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes.
