Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 ml cream
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 large can of peach(s)
  • 1 shot of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the quark with milk and sugar until creamy. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and fold into the quark. Drain the peaches, chop them, and fold them into the quark and cream mixture. Refrigerate for about an hour.
