Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of mozzarella roll
  • 300 g tomato(s) (vine tomatoes)
  • 1 handful of basil
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Mozzarella rolls

Core the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Line the mozzarella roll, place unsalted tomato cubes and basil leaves on top, and roll up tightly. Let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then cut into slices about 1-2 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with balsamic vinegar and a few drops of olive oil before serving.
