Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 50 g natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • Chives or dill or parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Coarsely grate the radishes, season with salt, and let them sit for about 10 minutes, until they “cry,” or the water begins to run out. Drain the water and mix the radishes with the cream cheese and yogurt. Add some fresh chives, parsley, or dill, if desired.
