Mozzarella – Tomato – Dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 3 balls of mozzarella, each 125 g
  • 1 jar tomatoes, sun-dried, pickled in oil
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • e.g. olive oil or tomato oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with garlic

Roughly chop or tear the mozzarella and place it in a tall container. Now add the cream cheese and peeled garlic and puree with a hand blender. Roughly chop the tomatoes and fold them in along with the basil, also pureeing well. If the dip is too thick, blend in olive oil or the tomato oil as needed until the desired consistency is reached. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper.
