Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 250g mozzarella
  • 9 small cherry tomatoes
  • 4 sprigs of basil
  • 6 slices of Parma ham
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

very good for barbecues or on party buffets

Also, mix 18 wooden skewers with vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar, then whisk in the oil. Drain the mozzarella and cut into 18 cubes. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash the basil, shake dry, and pick off the leaves. Cut the ham slices into thirds. Thread the tomatoes, mozzarella, ham, and 1 basil leaf onto each wooden skewer. Drizzle with marinade before serving. Garnish with the remaining basil.
