Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 10 prunes
- 10 slices of bacon
- Tabasco
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
works best in a pan, but is also delicious on the grill
Spread the bacon out on a board and add two drops of Tabasco to each slice, preferably in different places. Place the plum on one side and roll it up, securing it with a toothpick if necessary. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan. Fry the plums until crispy on all sides. You can eat the plums as a snack or serve them on a salad as an appetizer. If you like, you can add more Tabasco.
