Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 ball/s mozzarella, (125 g)
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp oil (olive oil)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Halve the tomatoes and slice them. Arrange them overlapping on a deep plate (soup bowl). Season with salt and pepper. Slice the mozzarella and scatter over the top. Sprinkle with fresh basil (more or less to taste) and microwave for 3 minutes at 750 watts. Once the cheese has melted, enjoy with a baguette or whole-grain roll and a glass of dry white wine! I eat it at least once a week!
