Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g hazelnuts
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g fig(s)
  • 50 g prunes
  • 2 apples
  • 10 g whole wheat flour
  • 150 g oat flakes, fine
  • ¼ liter of warm water
  • 5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g raisins
  • ½ tsp iodized salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Roughly chop the hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, figs, and prunes. Grate the apples. Combine the flour and oatmeal in a bowl. Mix in the water and the remaining ingredients. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. While the cake is still warm, cut it into cubes or strips and let it cool. Keep the bars refrigerated and consume within 10 days.
