Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 130 g hazelnuts
  • 130 g almonds
  • 80 g raisins
  • 80 g dried apricots
  • 80 g fig(s)
  • 80 g plums (dried plums)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp clove(s)
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ginger
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 80 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g cane sugar
  • 130 g honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grind half of the nuts and chop the other half. Finely chop the dried fruit. Mix the nuts and dried fruit with the oats and flour. Beat the eggs and sugar until creamy, then drizzle in the honey and mix with the remaining ingredients. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the mixture to the desired thickness (approx. 1-1.5 cm). Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Cut into sticks while still warm.
