Party eggs from the 70s, very fast, garnished eggs

Hard-boil and peel the eggs. Cut the rounded side flat for use as a base. Halve and peel the tomatoes. Finely chop the tomato cores and egg segments, mix, and season with salt, mustard, and lemon juice. Using this mixture, place 18 egg nests on a serving platter. Place the eggs flat-side down in the nests. Place a dollop of mustard on the end of each egg. Place the halved tomatoes on top and secure with toothpicks. This is really only needed for transport. Add white dots of mayo to the tomatoes, and the toadstools are ready. Quickly sprinkle with lamb’s lettuce and cress to create a forest clearing. A visual highlight at any party.
