Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cube of yeast
- 250 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 350 g flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 100 g muesli, unsweetened
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 150 g apple, coarsely grated
- 250 g carrot(s), finely grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
vegan – enough for 10 pieces
Dissolve the yeast in soy milk, stir in the sugar and a little flour. Combine the remaining flour with the muesli and pour the yeast mixture on top. Cover with a little flour and let it rise for 15 minutes. Add salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg and knead everything into a smooth dough. Let it rise for 30-40 minutes. Now knead in the apple and carrot. Form the dough into 10 loaves and place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 20-25 minutes.
