Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 large bananas, ripe
  • 3 cup(s) oat flakes, fine
  • ¼ cup almonds, chopped or almond slivers
  • ¼ cup dried apricot(s)
  • ¼ cup dried dates
  • 1 ½ tsp, whipped vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Puree the bananas in a blender and mix well with the oats, almonds, apricots, dates, vanilla, and cinnamon. Line a 22 x 16 cm baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture on it. Since the mixture is easy to shape, you can also use a larger baking sheet and form the dough into a rectangle about 2 cm high. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25-35 minutes (depending on your oven). Cut into bars while still warm.
