Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 120 g butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp maple syrup, or honey
- 1 cup of muesli
- 1 handful of oat flakes, wholegrain
- ½ cup desiccated coconut
- ½ cup hazelnuts or almonds, ground
- ½ cup wheat flour, type 405
- ½ cup whole wheat flour or whole spelt flour
- ¼ cup cane sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
The cup should hold about 200 ml. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix with the maple syrup. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add the melted butter and mix well. Form into walnut-sized mounds with your hands, press down lightly, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the cookies at 160°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. This makes about 45 cookies, which is enough for one baking sheet. You can bake the cookies with different types of cereal.
