Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 kg chili pepper(s), very hot
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 can of tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 40 minutes

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Remove the stems from the chili peppers and finely chop. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend, or in a large bowl and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Bring everything to a boil in a saucepan until thickened. Then pour into 3 jars and let stand upside down for 1 day.
