Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 1 sweet apple
  • 2 eggs, size S or M, for L only 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp cranberries, dried
  • 2 tbsp raisins, soaked
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • possibly honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for 8 pieces; simple, delicious and healthy, without flour

Whisk the eggs and salt in a bowl. Coarsely grate the apple. Add the quark, apple, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, raisins, and cranberries and mix well. If you like it a little sweeter, you can add a tablespoon of honey at this point. Finally, fold in the oatmeal with a wooden spoon. Shape the dough into about 8 small rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. The result is small, delicious, very healthy, and filling rolls. This recipe will win over even the biggest breakfast hater.
