Muesli tarts

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 100 g muesli (berry muesli without crunch)
  • 100 g oat flakes, fine
  • 200 g Skyr
  • n. B. Fruit, e.g. blueberries, raspberries, mango, strawberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit) top/bottom heat. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups. Heat the butter, maple syrup, and honey in a saucepan until melted. Place the muesli and oatmeal in a bowl, pour the butter mixture over the top, and mix well. Spoon the muesli mixture into the muffin tins, spreading evenly with a spoon and pressing down lightly. Place the tin in the oven and bake the muesli tarts for about 12 minutes. Let them cool completely. In the meantime, wash and slice the fruit. Carefully remove the baked tarts from the paper baking cups and place them on a platter. Place a tablespoon of skyr on each tart and top with fruit. Makes 12.
