  • 2 small apples
  • 180 g green grapes
  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 200 g yogurt, possibly low-fat
  • 2 handfuls of red currants, frozen
  • 4 tsp grain (enzyme ferment)
  • ½ liter of bread kvass

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For a healthy breakfast for two

Peel the apples, quarter them, and cut them into wedges. Halve the grapes and remove the seeds. Briefly thaw the currants, perhaps removing them from the freezer the night before and placing them in the refrigerator. Mix the oats and cereals together with the fruit. Stir the yogurt until creamy and pour over the top. Serve everyone a quarter liter of bread kvass. If you don’t like it, leave it out, although it’s extremely healthy.
