Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 30 g oat flakes, fine
  • 10 g flaxseed
  • 100 g peach-flavored fruit yogurt or as desired
  • 1 peach(s)
  • 50 ml water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Mix the oat flakes with the flaxseed and let them soak briefly in hot water. Pour both into a cereal bowl with the yogurt. Wash and pit the peach, then chop it into large cubes, or add other fruit of your choice to the cereal.
