Muesli with passion fruit and natural yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, unhulled
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt (150 g, 1.8% fat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

healthy and delicious

Mix the first 5 ingredients (approx. 60 g total). Pour over the yogurt. Halve the passion fruit and, using a teaspoon, scoop out the flesh, including the seeds, and place it on top of the yogurt.
