Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp almond(s) (almond slivers)
- 1 small carrot(s)
- 1 small apple
- 1 tbsp apple juice
- 4 tbsp sour milk, low-fat
- 6 tbsp milk, low-fat
- 45 g cornflakes (breakfast flakes), preferably lightly sweetened
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Toast the almond slivers in a small pan without oil. Peel and wash the carrot. Wash, quarter, and core the apple. Grate the carrot and apple and mix with the apple juice. Mix the sour cream and milk. Then serve the apple and carrot mixture with the cornflakes in a suitable dish. Sprinkle with almond slivers and serve immediately.
