Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 150 g fruit yoghurt, 0.1% fat, or regular
- 3 tbsp mineral water

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Pour everything into a bowl and mix with a dough hook. This batter is enough for 15 small muffins or 7 regular muffins (like those you can buy). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
