Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 tsp, sautéed ginger
- 1 class can/n peas, approx. 150 g
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
- 200 g minced meat
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¾ tsp salt
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 egg(s)
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 250 g natural yogurt
Instructions

Brown the minced meat with the onions. Season with ginger, cayenne pepper, and salt. Add the peas and fry briefly. Sift the flour and mix with the vegetable stock, baking soda, and baking powder. Whisk the egg with 80 ml of vegetable oil and stir into the yogurt. Add the minced meat mixture to the egg, oil, and yogurt mixture and mix. Then add the flour and stir until the flour is incorporated. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin or one lined with paper baking cups (only fill to 2/3 full). Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes (convection oven 180°C). Remove from the tin. Enjoy hot or cold.
