Muffins with Pomegranate Seeds

The perfect muffins with pomegranate seeds recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 cups Wheat flour
  • 0,75 Cup Stevia sugar or 1/2 cup of regular sugar
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 1 Cup Whole milk
  • 3 Free range eggs
  • 2 Pomegranates
  • 1 El Orange or lemon zest, depending on your taste
  • 1 pinch Salt
  1. Roll out the pomegranates on the countertop or in your hands to make it easier to remove the seeds. Then take out the kernels. The white skin should be removed as far as possible because it is bitter.
  2. Then put all the other ingredients in a bowl and stir. Add the kernels and stir again briefly.
  3. Put in the muffin cups, 16 pieces for me, and bake at 190 degrees for about 35 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and a delicious coffee with it.
  5. Unfortunately, the optics leave a lot to be desired. But they still tasted very tasty.
