Spaghetti Pizza with Sheep Cheese, Vegetables and Bacon
The perfect spaghetti pizza with sheep cheese, vegetables and bacon recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
for seasoning
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 piece Paprika
- 200 g Hokkaido pumpkin meat
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 piece Chilli pepper
- 1 piece Apple
- 3 piece Free range eggs
- 50 ml Cream
- 100 g Sheep cheese
- 80 g Grated cheese
- 4 disc Bacon
- 12 piece Cherry tomatoes
- Salt and pepper
- Espelette pepper
- Finely chopped parsley

- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, then pour it into a sieve, rinse with cold water and drain well.
- Peel and wash the onion and cut into half rings. Clean the bell pepper, pumpkin and carrots and cut into small pieces. Peel the garlic, core the chilli pepper and cut both into small pieces. Wash the apple, dry it, grate it in quarters and remove the core. Set aside a few slices and dice the rest.
- Heat 1 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and roast the onion in it. Add the remaining vegetables and the apple pieces, season with salt and pepper and cover the whole thing, let simmer over a low heat for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat, add the freshly chopped parsley and let the vegetable mixture cool down.
- Meanwhile, mix the eggs with the cream and season. Mix the drained spaghetti with the egg cream and line the bottom of a buttered baking pan (26 cm diameter) with it.
- Spread the cooled vegetable mixture over the spaghetti. Slice the ham slices, cut off the upper part of the cherry tomatoes and place both on the vegetables. Crumble the sheep’s cheese and sprinkle with the grated cheese over the spaghetti pizza. Arrange the apple slices nicely on top. Sprinkle with pimento d’Espelette and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
- Take the spaghetti pizza out of the oven, remove the baking pan, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy with a salad of your choice. It tastes delicious both warm and cold.
