Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 85 g spelt flour
- ½ tsp dill, dried
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g yogurt
- n. B. Oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the salmon into small cubes. Then mix all the ingredients together. Pour the batter into an oiled muffin tin and bake for about 20 minutes.
