Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100g salami
  • 2 tsp herbs, Italian
  • 1 tsp, heaped Parmesan, grated
  • 85 g spelt flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg(s), size M
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely dice the salami. Mix all ingredients well. Add a little oil to the muffin maker and divide the batter between the muffin tins. Bake for about 20 minutes.
