Mug Cake (cup/microwave cake)

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp coffee powder, as desired
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp chocolate, chopped
  • 1 dash of vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Super quick, delicious and easy chocolate cake

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Then stir in all remaining ingredients until smooth. Divide between two microwave-safe mugs (approx. 300 ml each) and sprinkle with a few chocolate chips. Microwave on medium heat for 1.5 minutes. Microwave for another half minute if needed. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
