Mulled wine jelly shots

Ingredients for 25 servings:

  • 750 ml mulled wine
  • 200 ml brown rum, 40%
  • 50 ml water
  • n. B. sugar, see instructions
  • 2 packs of instant gelatin

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 13 minutes

Jelly with mulled wine and rum

Heat the water in a saucepan and dissolve the sugar in it. The amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the mulled wine. I used about 100 g. Remove the sugar solution from the heat and add the mulled wine and rum. Finally, stir in the cold-soluble gelatin and pour the liquid into 4 cl disposable shot glasses. Let the jelly set in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
