Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 125 g sugar
  • ½ pkt. vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

without base, delicious and easy to make

Cream the butter and sugar with the vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the lemon juice and gradually beat in the eggs. Fold in the low-fat quark, then combine the flour and baking powder and fold into the quark mixture. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for approximately 40-50 minutes.
