Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg flour (wheat flour)
- 2 packets of yeast (dry yeast)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g flaxseed, crushed
- 50 g buckwheat (buckwheat groats)

Working time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 45 minutes

Mix everything together with lukewarm water to form a yeast dough. Cover with a tea towel and let it rise in a warm place (1-1.5 hours). Grease and flour two long baking pans. Divide the dough and place half into each pan. Score the dough and let it rise for another 30 minutes. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 1.5 hours. Brush with water 10 minutes before the end of the baking time.
